The Board of Directors for SOS Global Security Inc. have today approved a change to both the name of the corporation and its visual identity. In order to support its expansion into the United States, SOS Global Security Inc. will now be called SECURaGLOBE Solutions Inc. (SGSI). SGSI has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Deleware that will operate as SecuraGlobe Solutions Inc. USA. From offices in Phoenix, SGSI USA will serve clients throughout the United States.
SGSI’s American operations are parallel to those in Canada.
